Rooted in Mayan and Native cultural influences, these workshops explore plant-based knowledge, breath practices, and reflective self-care tools that support relaxation, connection, and intentional rest.

Led by our founder, a social worker, herbalist, and daughter of Mayan and Native lineage, these sessions integrate herbal education, breath awareness practices, and cultural teachings to create grounded and accessible wellness experiences.

In January, I had the honor of facilitating an ancestral wisdom workshop for a group of mujeres in real estate.
