Rutzil awach and welcome ! My name is Mayra and I am the founder of Made In Radiance (M.I.R). 

This labor began as a homage to my Mayan Cultura that inspires me everyday. I started my company in 2021 but have been honoring ancestral wisdom all my life. Through M.I.R. I dove deep into my ancestry for guidance and wisdom and began creating an array of products. 

I am a social worker (MSW) and an herbalist, gardener, and ethnobotanist enthusiast. I have 10 years of studying plants and their environmental interactions  and while i have read a lot, i have learned most from the experts of the field— farmers and elders. I channel my powerful Mayan and Native American ancestry to make intentional products for the healing of my community. All products are made with love and intention and are handcrafted with gentle ingredients.
