    1. Cosmetic Sanitation & Final Sale Policy

    To ensure the safety and biological integrity of our products, all sales are final.

    • No Hygiene Restocking: Due to FDA sanitation regulations regarding potential cross-contamination, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened, used, or unsealed salves, face gels, body mists, or whipped creams.

    Product Longevity, Freshness, & Storage

    Our products are formulated using living botanical oils, plant extracts, and natural preservation matrices. To maximize the longevity and freshness of your products, you agree to adhere to the following storage mandates:

    • Anhydrous Balms & Salves: Our water-free salves and whipped creams have an optimal shelf life of 9 to 12 months from purchase. Keep jars tightly sealed. Store them in a cool, dark, dry place out of direct sunlight and away from high bathroom humidity.

    • Water-Based Products: Our Brilliant Face Gel and Eterna Primavera Hydrosol utilize clean, natural preservatives. They have an optimal shelf life of 6 months. Avoid introducing tap water or unwashed fingers directly into the container.

    • Melting Advisory: Because we use natural African Shea Butter and Candelilla Wax instead of synthetic chemical hardening agents, our salves and whipped creams may soften or melt if left in hot delivery mailboxes or transit trucks. Made in Radiance LLC is not responsible for products melted due to prolonged heat exposure after delivery. If melting occurs, place the jar upright in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm the product.

    3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

    We inspect every single small batch thoroughly before shipping. If your item arrives broken, leaking, or defective due to transit handling, or if you receive the wrong product, we will make it right:

    • The 7-Day Window: You must report any shipping damage or order errors within 7 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.

    • How to File a Claim: Please email us at madeinradiance@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographic proof of the damaged shipping box and product container.

    • Resolution: Upon verification, Made in Radiance LLC will ship out a complimentary replacement product or issue a store credit.

    4. Stolen, Lost, or Missing Packages

    Made in Radiance LLC provides tracking numbers for all shipments. Once a shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) marks a package as "Delivered" to your address, the ownership and liability transfer entirely to the buyer. We are not responsible for packages stolen from your porch, doorstep, or mailbox, nor are we liable for deliveries sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer during checkout.
